During the towns just struggle against the annexation and separation wall and unlawful settlements built on our land,hundreds of innocent civilians reported badly injured.the injuries are varied and caused by forbidden types of weapons which is clearly considered as a flargent violation to the international law.

Its essential to know that five of our best and dearest inhabitants were brutally and deliberately killed by live ammunition and rubber-coated steal bullets. Ahmed mousa 9 years old,yousef amireh 17 years old and muhammed khawaja 18 years old were shot in the head at point-blank range.

Arafat khawaja 22 years old and Aqil srour were also shot in the chest.This proves that the Israeli army intentionally concentrates on the higher positions of the body and therefore refutes their claims of respection to the human morals and values and abiding by the human rights conventions.

While Suppressing the non-violent protests,the Israeli fashist army used to,by force,climb the roof tops of our houses and spread well-equipped snipers who directly targeted the protesters and caused several casualties in different parts of the body. One type of the weapons is called cliber 0.22 which is not internationally permissible as it soundless and scatters into pieces inside the body as in the case of muhammed mousa18 years old and at the 12th grade student.Mohammed is currently paralyzed wing a wheel chair in order to go out when necessary. More over,the army daily uses the rubber-coated steel bullets which caused severe harm to roughly 230 civilians. Forexample,Ayed srour “40 years ”, who has certain mental defects,was shot and ultimately lost his left eye while hindering the mid-night arrest of his younger brother,Aqil srour who was arrested and killed afew months after release. Then,the poisonous tear gas canisters have also caused breathing problems,suffocations and abortion resulting from gas inhalation.It also caused several burns and factions as it is directly shot towards the bodies of the protesters. Ahed khawaja” 45 years old” was also shot by a tear gas canister in his forhead from shortage range.it even happened in the presence of a European parliament representative during his short visit aimed at gaining information about the dangerous results of building the apartheid wall.

As the armydeals with the protesters indiscriminately,dozens of Israeli peace activists and international soliderates were harmfully beaten and got badly injured. For instance,The American activist,Tristan Anderson was shot in the head with a tear gas canister while joining our peaceful demonstration in 13.03.2009. According to the medical reports,he was miraculously saved from certain death.He stayed in critical conditions for long in hospital but finally began to regain his awareness and consciousness.
Finally, Despite the perpetual suffering,painful handicap and the decreasing number in casualties in our town,the patriotic feelings are strong,faith is unshakened and hope is never lost in justice and freedom.
